Die EU Kommission hat ein temporäres IT-Tool eingerichtet, mit dem Unternehmen Informationen zu dringenden Lizenzanträgen im Rahmen der chinesischen Exportkontrollen für Seltene Erden und verwandte Produkte einreichen können. Damit soll für größere Bertraulichkeit gesorgt und der Prozess der Informationsübermittlung optimiert werden: 

The Commission will consolidate on regular basis lists of urgent license applications to pass on to the relevant Chinese authorities as part of EU-China bilateral contacts. To ensure confidential handling of information, only the license application number will be shared with China, whereas the other information requested is for strictly internal use by the Commission.

The IT tool can be accessed via https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/RLS.

The IT tool will open for submissions from Thursday morning to Friday COB every week.
